The first impression I received when walking into this joint was how clean the place is! The staff was a bunch of young bloods that were a little shy when approaching the guests. But other than that they were very helpful and professional. All of the food looked fresh and delicious! My toco salad was actually very delicious I love that my toco meat was warm! Would I come here again ? Yes. Most definitely! Mad greens also has a reward program if you download the app!

I ordered a Athena salad. I get home and I eat the salad and there is NO chicken. I called 3 times and get a recording. I am watching the nuggets championship game. I have to go back and get the order right. The women working there was RUDE! She didn’t acknowledge me. Didn’t say ONE word to me. She turns to kid and I guess he starts to make it again. No apologies. Nothing! I asked for my money back. They were dead! No customers in line. Poor customer service!!! I will NEVER come back.

Generally love mad greens but this location is disorganized. The parking shares 20 spots for 5-6 business’s and is never available. Inside the store is so crammed full of random stuff. The line blocks the bathroom, so you have to asked 20+ people to move to get to it. Supposed to be fast casual but this can take liitle longer than I’d like. Great food as always, could just use a lil love <3

Friendly staff, very nice and helpful. They will get you in and out when you’re in a hurry, but will also take the time to answer questions if needed. My salad was amazing! I did the Ty Cobb with shrimp and it was soo good! I love that they had multiple fresh brewed iced teas to choose from (all either unsweetened stevia sweetened). I went with the Mountain Mint and it was so refreshing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When the food was delivered, I could already tell it did not look right. I ordered a Southwest bowl which I was very excited to eat but it left me disappointed. The wild rice was raw, and my chicken was black… Not burned but BLACK, it tastes old. Also, the salad already came mixed which is a little sketchy; I took two bites and had to throw it out. Sad 🙁
