My husband came in to get me some food. He said no cheese- I have a dairy sensitivity. The food took a long time. He got home and it is covered in melted cheese. I’m unable to eat it and I can’t even call the store to let them know. The phone just rings a busy tone. We won’t make it back in time tonight for them to replace it either because they’ll be closed. I’m pregnant and SO disappointed. It’s the only thing that sounded good today.

I’ve been eating at this Penn Station since it opened in the early 2000s. I worked at Best Buy and it was a close place to get great food! The food still tastes great but the price keeps going up WHILE the amount of food on the sandwich goes down. The fries are one of a kind! Yum!

There is no comparison to a Philly cheese steak at this place. Not even close. Being from the East Coast, we know what REAL cheese steaks are supposed to taste like. Real beef, you ask? It was similar to a steak-umm. The fries were hard and cold. The tea is not sweetened. What sub shop you know sells unsweetened tea?

Placed a online order for a 12:06 pick up, due to a 12:30 meeting. I did not walk out of the store till 12:28. The sandwiches were the worst I ever received from this location. I watched as they just sat on top of the toaster getting cold. I asked several times about them and they said they were busy, Yeah, busy getting everyone else’s food was ordered, paid and taken to the table the whole time my order sat getting colder. Worst service ever, and was late for my meeting. Thanks PS!!

A less than stellar performance. I was handed sandwiches but had to ask for the fries I ordered. When I got home with the order I can see why they would want to forget the fries. They were bottom of the barrel old. The Dagwood barely had mayo. I guess there must be a national shortage. Stay safe with the more consistent Jimmy John’s or the superior Jersey Mike’s.
