Been going here for over 30 years still the best chilli cheese fries in the city excellent and as well tuna melts pastrami and club sandwiches too I prefer the fruit punch or orange bang my daughter loves the root beer floats don’t forget about the fried zucchini delicious!!!

I came for the famous chili cheese fries and decided on also ordering a Bacon Avocado cheeseburger to go with it. The burger was pretty good but those chili cheese fries were perfect the way I expect them to be. One order is enough for two hungry people to devour. This place is popular and gets busy during lunch time.

Been coming to this place since I was kid. I’ve always loved their chili cheese fries. Now that I’m older I’m glad the have the small size chili cheese fries, I occasionally buy the big one and share with my two daughters. Love their cheeseburgers and their tuna salad too.

Love this place! Customer Service wasnt as bad as most reviews say, the lady greeted us and happily took our order. I recommend their Chili Cheese fries even though I mainly go for the Double Bacon Cheese burger, which in my opinion is to die for.

Love the burgers and fries here but ive been to this place for over 25 years since I was a kid and still the place looks the same. They have done zero upgrades to the location which the interior looks outdated and dirty all the time. Another down side is that their restroom is almost always out of service. Its time to tear it down and rebuild.

I don’t recommend this place. The lady that took my order in the drive thru had a bad attitude. The speaker of the drive thru doesn’t work right. You can only hear part of what the person is saying. It’s like it cuts in and out. The prices are too high! I’m not going back. They have transients hanging out at this place. Don’t recommend it! There’s plenty other places close by that give better service and have lower prices. I wouldn’t mind speaking to the owner of this establishment and give him/her more details. I must say the food was good.

This place used to be better, food was just okay. We had a bacon breakfast burrito, sausage breakfast burrito and chicken sandwich combo. My sister asked for no salt on the fries, they had salt. The cashier that day had no customer service skills. No smiles, which is okay, but another guest took his burger back and asked for them to cut in half and she snatched it from his hands. No one was there when we arrived, all the tables had food particles on them. Old tables, no problem, dirty is not acceptable. I prefer the other location on Rosecrans and Bullis.

First and last. Cashier was rude and got our order wrong. We ordered 3 burgers with fries. She wrapped all three fries in one yellow paper. I didn’t understand why she was rushing us to order. Maybe it’s because she was in a rush to serve the empty dining area…and no one was in the drive thru. So it’s really odd that someone would say they have great customer service. I heard a slap on the counter and found out after we left that it’s because she slapped the counter as if to rush my daughter to pay. I ordered 2 burgers, chili cheese fries and then I saw on menu they have a fish dinner so i told my daughter to order me fish and chips and if they can’t do that she’ll let us know. The b gave me a burger in place of it….i really wanted to use colorful words but chose not to spend another moment there.

I, as well as many others that posted, have been coming here all my life. Because of different situations I had not been here for a while until recently and i have to confess, I was really disappointed. Fries were still delicious as always but the hamburgers were not the same. That shredded grass like fresh lettuce is no more. Now they just throw big chunks on there and it’s not the same.

Customer service was just barely okay. I say that because we ordered a chicken strip dinner plate thinking it comes with a side order of fries, small salad & pita bread, but that’s a lie. The worker proceeded to tell us that everything in the dinner plate menu before the chicken strip meal comes with those sides and nothing after that. We asked how come this was so, and why weren’t the items separated on the menu to avoid confusion. The worker proceeded to say that’s why I’m here. I think not dear worker. The menu should be clear on what comes in the combo that a patron is trying to order, if you want someone to spend their hard earned money. The only reason we stayed was because the worker honoured the menu as it stated. As for the food it was decent, the taste of food from this Louis’ has gone down over the years.. I probably won’t be eating at this one again. I ordered the chilli cheese fries, with grilled onions. The chilli could be better seasoned.
