This is my second time here and the place keeps getting better. You can’t go wrong when you order the ribeye with chopped long hots. Recommend cooper sharp cheese. They have the crinkle cut style French fries which are my person favorite. They also have a variety of personal sodas

Have been here a few times. Staff (owner) is super friendly and obviously cares about the product they are serving. Had a short convo about their rolls (they had recently switched out) and the pros/cons of sesame seeds which they passed on for the new variety. The roll and the cheese steak with provolone that was served in it were delicious. Love these businesses that care about the smallest details of customer service. Great steak and will be back to try some of the other menu items.

Tried the Pork Italiano and The Philly Special Steak… both were delicious! The pork was really tender and flavorful. Bread felt fresh. The sandwiches were huge too! I shared both sandwiches with my mum, couldn’t finish one of the halves so has leftovers. A little on the pricey side but worth it for the amount of food you get.

We are fans! Food is good. Wish the tots were a little crispier. The long hots are great. Sandwiches are great. The toasted sesame rolls are a huge plus! Inside isn’t much, but highly recommend the food!!!!! And they will accommodate for ppl with gluten allergy- either no roll or lettuce bed.

Stopped in on a rainy Thursday. Nice place, pleasant staff. Love the Philly vibe inside. Had the regular cheesesteak whiz/wit and a long shot. Bread was amazing and steak was fresh, not greasy. Really really good!

I ordered a cheesesteak with wiz and fried onions. I was waiting after people who came in after me and ordered. They forgot to make my sandwich so I had to wait longer. The steak wasn’t cut in half so I had to ask them to cut it. The roll fell apart and my sandwich was falling out of the roll while I was eating it. The flavor was not well seasoned and basic at best. I will not be going back there again when there are much better cheesesteak shops in the area with better food and service.

Late Food Friday post. Tried out Johnny Long Hots. Went with the “Rocky” Cutlet sandwich. It has a choice of cutlet, Prosciutto, broccoli rabe, and provolone on a seeded Italian roll. I choose chicken and this was a great sandwich. The chicken had a lot of flavor. Fried nicely and good seasoning on the breading. The rabe added some nice veggie flavor. The Prosciutto was alright. The provolone, rabe, and chicken brought a lot of flavor so it was a bit difficult to isolate the Prosciutto. The roll was fine and I think the seeds are a good addition. Solid 8.1 / 10. Also tried the long hot peppers. If you’re a fan of stuffed peppers these are great. The skinny ends aren’t as spicy but as you get closer to the stem, the heat starts to ramp up. They pack some good heat. We did the sampler. All of them are pretty good but I’d probably go for the Prosciutto one. The flavors get drowned out by the spice. Feel like they need some stronger flavored additions that can shine through the spice a little more. A blue cheese might be a good move. I’d give em 6 / 10. Also tried cheese fries. I always go for mozzarella. These were good. Big portion and nicely melted cheese. This is an awesome spot that has a lot of sandwich options. Would definitely come back to try more.
