I am very glad I tried this place. The burger was juicy and flavorful. Good sized patty that was well cooked. They did no over sauce. The veggies seemed fresh. It’s been on my list a while but I always seemed to put it off. The waffle fries were also well cooked and had good flavor. Prices were very fair too.

Walked in ready to devour the whole menu. But I settled just for a double cheeseburger and waffle fries. Everything was on point and cooked well. Plenty of seating with some interesting history on the wall. Also you can enjoy television with your meal.

Southwells was recommended to me by my coworker and I am addicted! I don’t eat burgers often but I love a great chicken sandwich and they do the d*mn thing! I always get the chicken supreme; the bacon and cheese are a delicious addition to an already yummy sandwich. The waffle fries are so freaking good, I never get fries when I go out because I’m picky about fast food quality but theirs are amazing. Everything is always made to order and you can tell! The manager here is so sweet and the ONE time they forgot something on my sandwich she was so sweet and fixed it immediately! I love Southwells and will continue to come back here as long as I am in the area for work!

All the reviews and the locals said to go here for the best burger. I haven’t found any evidence that what I partially consumed was real meat. My burger looked nothing like the pictures AND neither tasted nor smelled like beef. I asked for well done, but alas, flesh-colored, charbroiled imposter meat. Am I missing something? THE FRIES WERE AMAZING, but I could’ve made fries at home. I wanted a BURGER-burger, but all I got was some composite substance that I half-ate because I was STARVING. For $15, I would’ve thought it’d be worth it. But true story: can someone please tell me what kind of meat this is? I’m really sad about it.

Ordered a burger no tomatoes mustard no mayo. Received a burger with mustard no veggies. Informed the young lady that my burger was wrong. She said you got what you asked for. I told the young lady despite the misunderstanding I would still like the lettuce, onions, and pickles. She told me that she could remake the burger. I said no need if she could just give me the lettuce, onions, and pickles and I would add them myself. She told me she could remake the burger. I said that’s not necessary.
