First time there and I decided on getting the elk burger cowboy style. It was delicious glade I had it but next time im getting the cuban sandwich. And waitress was nice to give me drink even thought I wasn’t dining in the restaurant.

Great local spot that serves grass fed burgers, shakes and lots of other good things. We love their nachos and get those every visit. Also like their burgers in greens. My only complaint both times we have eaten at sesame is that the servers rarely check on us and totally forgot items and side orders. Indoor outdoor eating and good food!

One of my favorite restaurants in the Charleston area. They consistently give out wonderful food and great service, each visit. I love the changing specials menu and the rotation selection of brews on tap. They make their own ranch dressing and peanut butter and both are exceptional. All the staff work together to take of the guest. We’ve had the manager check on us and ask for feedback on the food, and the chef talk to us and took pride in the food. Lastly, they have a great outdoor area too and plenty of free parking. Thank you all for being so great!

What a wonderful way to end our visit to the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant area. We were a very hangry family when we stopped. The service was phenomenal- Julie was kind, she kept our drinks full and paid extra attention to our kiddos! She also got our order in quick – ahead of a larger party – so we could get our food faster. The owner gifted our girls a cookie the size of their head for our road trip ahead of us. The food was great- burgers and fries cooked to perfection and the chicken tenders were a hit!
