We have been ordering from this location for years and have never had an issue. Last night all I called for was to see if I can get extra sauce for wings on my delivery order. The manger last night was the rudest person I have ever talked to! She didn’t want to look for our order first and hung up on me the second time I called. I never complain but I’ve never had issues with them till this day. How can a manger be so rude! To top it off she never put in the extra sauce we ordered. But I thank the delivery driver Casey for apologizing for her! he was truly a super nice guy when he came to our door! But your manger should be replaced by a more responsible kind person that acts like an actual manager not a snotty teenager!

My husband and I ordered with the Domino’s app, which was great! I love the tracker telling me when the order was received and when they were on the way. The delivery person was polite & friendly. The pizza, however, was less than satisfactory. The worst pizza I’ve ever purchased. Pools of grease was sitting on toppings and to top it off it was significantly undercooked. My husband ended up throwing the whole thing away even after we tried to cook it more due to the amounts of grease. Overall my pizza experience with this Domino’s was not good. I am willing to give this location another chance and will update my review at that time.

Decent location. The food came out good and as expected, but I also had the longest wait I’ve ever had for a Domino’s location, a little over an hour for two medium two topping pizzas. The customer service was mixed, really friendly as well as mediocre. Not a big fan of the location either because of how busy the road gets, but it’s easy to find and spot.

When they make your pasta bowl they will not put cheese on it unless you specifically tell them too. That’s like ordering pizza without any cheese!! When called about it they didn’t even offer to make me a new one with cheese. Their Appleton location is a 5 start location to order from.

This store is really fast, unfortunately the food is WAY undercooked most of the time. I’d rather have it cooked than fast. The chicken wings are not even brown, the pizza is soggy. Always left disappointed.

“Contactless Delivery” i work from home so when I put contactless delivery I assume it would be that. Every time that I order from Domino’s and make sure to Choose contactless delivery option that they offer it never seems to be that. Endless knocking and calling until I have to clock out of work. Oh and being intimidated to give a better or extra tip is insane!!! Not sure why employees need to beg outside my door for more money when I ordered $10 worth of food didn’t realize i have to tip 50%+ to get my food. Food is always good but service not so much
