Had a super incredible early dinner before Ironman Boulder. It was so fabulous. The crispy ravioli app was scrumptious. The pesto penne with chicken was seriously good. The stars of the evening were the risotto with mushrooms (many kinds of fungi) and a side of perfectly seared salmon, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The staff was attentive and accommodating.

Food and service were okay. Friendly service. Truffle fries were the best thing we got. Restaurant is nicely decorated. Salmon was very good. Chicken cacciatore was a little eh. The Arnold Palmer was great. Presentation of the food is nice. Not much outdoor lighting once it gets dark out. $76 for dinner for 2 before tip.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Aperitivo. I was visiting my cousin in Boulder and even she had never been here so we decided to try it out for lunch after I landed and I am so glad that we did. I had a delicious and comforting chicken noodle soup with a fresh and tasty turkey sandwich that came with a side of fruit. My cousin also enjoyed her white bean and kale soup and spinach and strawberry salad with grilled chicken. It was the perfect lunch; light yet filling and very very good. The staff was also very nice and happy to explain anything. I would definitely stop by if you have the chance!

We went for Mother’s Day brunch. We arrived at 11:15 to learn they don’t have any paper menus available and the only way to see the menu was to view it on our phones. Hmm, my elderly mother can’t read a menu on a phone and my 10 year old daughter doesn’t have a phone. Oh well, I guess they don’t matter. Their brunch menu had about 6 items. They were out of one of them at 11:30 on Mother’s Day. Really? Oh, and they don’t make coffee, only espresso so you get one cup and no refills. Waffles and berries were very unimpressive. About 5 blueberries, maybe 2 strawberries, and not enough syrup to cover the one waffle. $15 for a croissant sandwich that was “okay”. The waiter was awesome but the establishment is definitely not good value. Would not go back.

I’ve been here many many times and I’ve had a great experience each time. There has not been one dish or drink I’ve tried that I didn’t end up liking. The staff here is very personable and friendly. The place is homey and unique.

This is my favorite neighborhood restaurant that I’ve gone to probably 2-3 times a week for the past 3 or 4 years! Everything on the menu is delicious and there’s something for everyone, the chicken Parmesan sandwich is my favorite item I’ve ever tried there but I think it’s currently unavailable due to the crazy supply chain issues that are affecting every smaller business in America. Nonetheless, there are still many delicious menu items available, currently like all of their pasta dishes (Like the Pesto penne pasta) and lots of good appetizers (Like the crispy ravioli and the coconut shrimp) The desert is amazing as well with options like cookie and brownie sundaes.

Great food and service. This is one of, if not the best restaurant in the Gunbarrel area. Really friendly staff and great food for brunch. This is our new regular spot in town, can’t wait to come back for breakfast, lunch, or drinks
