I went yesterday 07/20/2023 and the service was absolutely terrible. The waitress never came to check up on us to see if we needed anything. Upon arrival we waited more than 20 minutes to even order a drink because waitress was too busy putting on lipstick. Very beautiful girls , but makeup time is for home. The food was cold when we received it. Waitresses need to pay more attention to customers . We came from so far to have received horrible service.

I was there yesterday. I come almost every weekend to drink and listen to music. But yesteother, I noticed someone wrong on my recipe. I was getting charged around $295 when I only had one cubeta a tostada and a hamburger. I checked my and I was getting charged for 1 extra cubeta and some other drinks I didn’t ask for…I told the waitress and all she did was remove the items from my recipe without saying am sorry or anything…I can’t imagine what they do when they see costumer are drunk . She had blonde hair and a birth mark on her forehead..

Went Tuesday night. Hour and a half before they closed. It was pretty empty but when me and my family walked in. No one was there to greet. Sit where ever I suppose. They had a look like “Oh great more people just walked in.” Poor customer service and got my order wrong.

The food was ok. Had a sticker pop up in my 7 mares last night, i didnt even notice it until it ended up on my spoon. Cooks need to do better and make sure it doesnt happen again. Better that than a hair seriously! Other than that, music is blasting, everyone is screaming.. drinks were good. I interacted with 4 staff, 2 super friendly. 1 so so. 1 seemed stuck up.

The aguachiles are okay, I came here because culichitown doesn’t have banda anymore but the aguachiles here are too watery and very little shrimp. You cant really grab much of the green chili with the shrimp because of how watery they are
