Probably the rudest manager I’ve ever had at a fast food place lol. All because the ice cream isn’t working ( probably too lazy to clean it) I asked just to have the food but can’t do that because I’d have to substitute the ice cream for something different… well I don’t want $10 extra worth of food lol, I was nice and never once got upset lol. She got all upset because she had to refund me my money back and got all excited (angry) lol so I just kinda gave her a look for a few seconds and just let it go because she works at McDonald’s. Lol charged me for a sauce packet (didn’t even order that for my ice cream lol) just have to tell myself that’s why you work at McDonald’s. The smallest McFlurry every. The ice cream filled maybe halfway up the cup. I asked for extra fudge in mine and it half the McFlurry was straight ice cream. I was not to happy about the price for the quality and quantity. Very disappointing.

If I could give it no stars I would . They always mess the order up. Wait time is crazy sat there for 45 mins tonight. They are rude and don’t care. Go to any other place but this one. You will be very unhappy if you bother to spend money on the way over priced garbage they serve.

I’ve had issues here before, like cold food or sitting in curbside pickup forever when it first started. However, they seem to be pulling it together lately. Ryan was just hugely helpful in getting my daughters happy meal to her quickly! The store workers have been kind and pleasant, and it’s a nice change of pace.

Went there at 10:30pm Saturday night right after getting off work, drive thru line practically wrapped around the building. Takes 30 minutes just to get to the speaker to order, and I’m informed they’re doing mobile orders ONLY and refuse to serve me. I don’t know what the hell was going on, but I’m in no rush to return to a place that only allows orders through their stupid app. I assume the line was so slow because people were downloading the app once they got to the speaker.

This place never has it together, the wait for food is ridiculous!!!! It doesn’t matter walk up , drive-through or the app online. It should be call McDonald’s slow food!!!!! The app isn’t any better, I order from the app thinking the time would be faster for me to pick it up and my food would be right and all together sorry nope that doesn’t happen and I’m always sent the curbside waiting another 10 minutes and the food is always wrong always even when they say they double check it!!!!!
