The food was horrible and it got me sick. I ordered 5 crunchy tacos and a drink for myself the taco meat tasted weird and didn’t look like regular taco meat. Good thing I ordered something else for my g-baby to eat cause she would’ve been sick too. SMDH never again next time I’ll go to Taco Cabana. I should’ve just followed my 1st mind.

Went in to pick up a orde was no one at the counter stood there for 5 minutes employees completely ignore the customers finally after 5 minutes a hevy blond lady with glasses walks up and literally ask me what do you want I told her I’m picking up a order she turns grabs a drink and bag sets the drink down and literally throws the bag down on the counter and walks a way that lady should be fired immediately hope I never have to go in there again.

I went through the drive thru for lunch today and ordered a black bean Crunchwrap Supreme with no cheese and no sour cream. It being a black bean one this means there is no meat in it as I am a vegan and don’t eat meat or dairy products. The person over the loudspeaker confirmed my order with me correctly and then I proceeded to the window. Another team member confirmed my order with me twice I guess because they were so distracted because it was so busy. However I made sure to confirm with them that I ordered black bean Crunchwrap Surpremes with no cheese and no sour cream. However when I got home and bit into the Crunchwrap it was filled with beef!?! I checked the other one as I ordered two and sure enough it also and beef. This is highly disgusting as I do not eat meat and my order being checked multiple times should have ensured that I received the correct items! On top of being charged for items I didn’t order, I now don’t even have lunch to eat. I’m so disgusted I won’t be returning here again. It’s such a shame because this location is also a KFC and I’ve had nothing but good experiences ordering from them! Oh and I called them to get a refund and tell them about my order but they don’t answer, it just rings and rings.

Customer service excellent, quality of food poor. Ordered the Doritos party pack and I received 11 out of 12 tacos. When I tried them I couldn’t for the life of me identify if it was old oil or why the taste of the shell tasted bad but I called and was able to return in the morning since it was late. The customer service was memorable because the kid said “have a wonderful night” and seemed genuine so I did appreciate that. This is the first negative experience I’ve had with them so don’t judge the stars as an overall experience rating. It just happened to be this one out of a handful of times I’ve gone to this location.
