Horrible customer service. Calls are never answered and drivers are horrible as well. Order a cheese pizza and lava cake. Seems like driver dropped my order and delivered it like that. Called to speak to someone and it took them 16 minutes to answer for them to say another order was going to be sent. Almost 2 hours and I haven’t received anything. And they still demand more tips.

They usually make great pizza, however last week I ordered 3 pizzas and got them without any sauce at all plain with cheese and pepperoni, it was gross ! I don’t know what was going on with the pizza maker, the other is they never ever answer the phone, I have driven from homestead to the store and they never answered the phone, it is a bunch of extremely young people playing around when you go there and the phones could blow up and they don’t even bother to answer, you stand at the pick up and no one is there and they are just talking away after they feel like it they come and ask if they can help you, this place really needs a manager with experience and maturity, it also takes super long for a delivery and it is 3 minutes or less away

The worst in customer service and as whole. This place never answers the phone to address your concerns. The delivery guys mark your order delivered and never bring you the food. Then going through the hassle of speaking to someone to get a refund for the food I never received is impossible. It’s ridiculous I cannot believe that there’s no manager or someone from domino corporate who overlooks this store and fixes all these employee negligence towards the customers. It’s a shame because we consume Domino’s often. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and the wait for nothing just order from another pizza place where your business is appreciated.

While cat having procedure at Vet, I decided to order carry out from nearest Domino’s. I like the pan cut in squares, in the past, so often, at other locations, this would staff would not cut this way, Carmen got it right, I ordered, about 20 minutes later, I was devouring the tastiest, crispiest, cheesiest pizza for less the 10 bucks!!! Now that’s what’s up. The store is in a plaza with many other businesses but there’s ample parallel parking write in front of the Domino’s.

More times than not they either don’t deliver my order although the order says delivered or they substitute items without notice and forget the pasta in the sauce! Unbelievable. Since 2023 they’ve been lacking.

Upon arriving to pick up my pizza my order wasn’t ready even though the app stated it was. I ordered a pepperoni pizza when I opened the box at home I noticed that the pepperoni was added after it was baked. Way to go guys!
