From Boston to CT. 1st time in this place. Was welcome with great customer service. Most importantly, the best calzone I ever had to my liking, where I had 7 different toppings. The owner, James, and his team, were awesome. Thank you!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered three cheesy meatballs and a pepperoni pizza . The meatballs were OK but I prefer mine cooked in the sauce. The pizza was a solid effort, but once again I prefer some crisp on the crust. The front end people were outstanding, just friendly and personable. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.7.

This place is amazing, I have been staying in Norwich for business for year and only recently found them. Disappointed I didn’t know about them earlier. Mozz sticks are great as is the sauce that comes with it. I’ve had a few pizzas so far, but the spaghetti and meatball one has to be my favorite. The staff is always incredibly friendly and not in a “I’m busy but my boss says I gotta be nice” way, it seems like they are genuinely nice people. Looking forward to my next visit to Norwich so I eat here again.

Their customer service is A1. The pizza it self is delicious I love thin crust, an good sauce that you can actually taste on the pizza! Also the cheese isn’t overly thick which is a plus, an the prices are great! A new fav!

I put Asylum St Pizza in my top 10 local places for hot, fresh pizza, dinner, and grinders. They’ve written their own standard into take-out because since covid, I see a lot less sit-down and eat kind of places. So, for take-out, I suggest Asylum St Pizza. Hot and fresh, friendly staff, fast and easy-in, easy-out service they’re a sure thing to please your family.

Much to my Shock , I started getting a not so good reception there making legitimate statements on mistakes made made and only one time something in the food Instead, of kindly, , AS I HAD ALways been ,) correcting the mistakes, I was given an offer of returning my money for the food and not coming back there, by the who I thot was a friendly owner previously. I was so shocked after that To be treated that way, I would never lie about something being wrong just to get my money back for the food. I did not take the money back for the food this time and I’m taking him up on not ever coming back. I’m very upset about this. I care more about human interaction and correcting legit mistakes , and leaving the restaurant or going off the phone satisfied on both sides, rather than having animosity I would rather not return to a restaurant if I’m being shown disdain
