Fond memories of dining in the 626 back in LA. Great service and delicious rice noodles. Very soft and plentiful. I ordered the soupless noodle, which I would definitely order again. It has the perfect spice level with generous amounts of meat.

We come here almost every week, the service and the food is good,but recently I was disappointed, I asked for less spicy at the last weekend，it was almost normal. I only received more than half a bowl of rice noodles yesterday，the waiter was very friendly and helped me to change a new one. I hope the management will be strengthen the training of kitchen worker，I’ll be back again to see if it improves.

The rice noodle was ok. I had better. The broth was a bit watery and could use more flavor. The brisket was not like slices of pho brisket but more like chinese braised brisket where it is very gelatinous/ tendon/ gristle and not “meaty”. The toppings that came with it were ok.
