About a year a go this location was quite decent. In the last few months, I have noticed that the quality of the pizza has dwindled down to unedeble. For example, this time around dough did not cook. To make this short, your better off making a frozen pizza at home and it will be better than this.. hope this helps someone.

Ok I ordered a pretzel bread pepperoni pizza and the pizza was just regular pepperoni pizza with salt all over the pizza..I mean come on.. what happened guys.. your busy I get it.. but to not take care of a customer is your livelihood.. I won’t be back to this branch.. the salt was literally all over the pizza. Not even pretzel bread… Disgusting… They had too many people in the lobby without pizza’s this was the worst pizza I have ever took a bite out of…

This is the second time I’ve ordered my pizza hours in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes after the pick up time for my order because they hadn’t even started it. What’s the point of picking a specific time off I’m going to have to wait. I might as well just come in and order. Employees look very lost.

I just left the Rosemeade and Marsh ln location in Carrollton, TX and left the store at 4:57 pm today and I witnessed the cashier talking down on a non-English speaker with the most CONDESCENDING behavior. The customer was submissive and quiet towards the racist employee. The employee said his name was Cody but my receipt says Taj. B. Whatever it is, this guy was the rudest I’ve seen in a while. Whoever is in charge of that store should go back and check the cameras for employee misbehavior!!

Ordered with delivery, not a cheap order. When dasher gets there almost immediately after I place the order the person behind counter says someone stole the order and they don’t have it? Door dash called the restaurant multiple times WHILE dasher was there and they were not answering. The dasher said they were rude. Extremely weird that people are just able to steal large pizza orders off the counter. Will never go here again. Horrible service.

don’t recommend this location… the woman at the counter was extremely rude. she grabbed my food from the heating oven and threw it on the counter. didn’t tell me that ranch isn’t included with wings and wanted me to pay $1.86 for a tiny cup of ranch after i had already paid?? the place was gross and unkept
