I ordered a chicken biscuit that was cooked in rancid old oil. I called the manager and they admitted it was due a change. I am sure it is easy to be busy and neglect the simple things but this one is critical to everyone’s health that eats there. If you enjoy the customers and business please be considerate and change the oil so we cannot be served a transfat biscuit that tastes like heavily cooked rancid oil.

I wish I could give a zero. I’ve worked practically my whole job career in the restaurant industry. When a restaurant runs out of something you don’t just give them something else without talking to them. Well this is what the Hardee’s decided to do. I asked for a biscuit and gravy and instead was give a sausage biscuit. When I called and told them they given me the wrong thing and was told to come up there and they would fix it by the manager. When I arrived I was then told by the general manager that why had ran out of gravy before I called. The no communication in that place is horrific.
