I have never been so disappointed to order pizza. You call the number they say, you can’t order stuffed crust through the call center, you have to talk to someone in the store. Then you get transferred to the store you ask about the specials they say oh you have to order online. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never order pizza from dominos period! Make it simple!!!!!

Location is pretty bad scary lol, as for service on a scale 1 to 10 I would say good service is number five there were a couple of employees that seem like they did not care about certain things they no longer give you paper plates packages of Parmesan cheese they say they cannot let the bathroom use for customers I think the employees tried but they are kind of young but need to be more professional 🙂 overall Pizza okay:-)

I ordered stuffed cheesy bread with jalapeño and a create your own with garlic sauce chicken spinach and two other meats. The The driver marked my order complete before they even dropped it off and to top it off my order was wrong they gave me two pepperoni pizzas that were cold mite i add. And instead of offering a full refund and a replacement they asked me do I want 20% off coupon on my next order or 60 points for a free pizza. Why would I want to do either of those things when they can’t even do my order correctly the first time.

I have a love/hate relationship with this Dominos. The LOVE part of the review is the food is usually very good and if delivered it arrives hot. So now the HATE I cannot understand why if the system shows your food will arrive in 45 minutes, that if it is actually going to be say (no joke here) 2.5 hours why someone cannot call, send a smoke signal or notify you some other way. Very delayed orders have happen d to me twice, and I get it you get slammed with orders. However I am just saying that I shouldn’t have to call Ms. Cleo to look into her crystal ball and tell me where my order is. The last time this happened the food arrived about 15 minutes AFTER I canceled the order which was for the best anyways as it was cold. You guys fix this one major issue and I would give you the 5 stars you otherwise deserve.

Ordered delivery last night. They didn’t include my salad that was in my order and when I called the manager to ask for a refund she told that she would only refund my salad. I told her I have vegetarian family members and we would not be getting our meat pizza in front of them. The manager said if I wanted to refund my pizza she would have her delivery driver come back to my house and pick up the pizza which I think is ridiculous but I left the pizza outside my house and the delivery driver never came. Then in middle of the night some animal got into the pizza and spread it across my lawn.I have a call Into corporate and will update when the owner reaches out to me because owner needs to make this right before corporate will get involved but I would beware of this location and their rude managers.

Very poor service I ordered pizza 10.15pm they told me 20 minutes to delivered but after 10.45 pm called them they told me 1 hrs wait seriously I am just next door I told them I can walk and pick up they said not pick up only delivery good damm I never order again domino again
