Don’t order on Tuesday night. Not worth saving $2. They told us our order would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes and it took over 2 hours. What’s worse is they told us when we showed up it would be 20 more minutes. After an hour we took the pizza home uncooked and had to bake it ourselves. Waste of half a night because they couldn’t tell us how long it was going to take to make the order.

I have never had issues with Figaros ever but last night made me wonder if I’ll ever order from them again. I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:15 they said it would be an hour which is fine with me not a big deal at all. The hour rolls my and nothing just figured they were behind but then another hour goes by so we called them they said my card got declined which isn’t right cus there is enough money in the account, they said they didn’t get a chance to call us to tell us…. at this point I’m upset but I try to stay positive…. they said their guy was out in a delivery and that we would be next when he got back, at this time it is nearing 3 hours since our order…. the guy finally shows up a bit after 8 and he was very rude. Instead of him being polite he said it isn’t my job to make sure your pizza is on time.
