Unfortunately, Fresco and Fryed was a massive disappointment. We ordered the Best Coast Hot Chicken Sando and Rude Boi chicken sandwich. The menu and website makes the food appear like a fine dining experience with elevated flavor profiles. The Rude Boi was incredibly over-fried to the point where the protein darkens and is chewy in texture. In addition, excessive amounts of jalapeños and sauce made the bun soggy and unpleasant. On the other hand, my chicken breast was fried perfectly and was juicy/tender. However, my pickled veggies were so wet that they disintegrated into mushy pink paste that ruined any textural interest. The aioli was UNSERVABLE, due to its heat level. I could only get through a third of the sandwich and I have a heat tolerant palate. But It’s always alarming when there are distinct disparities in “doness” especially when it concerns poultry items. That alone is reason to take your business elsewhere. My last issue is with the crinkle cut fries…where on the menu and online does it show crinkle cut fries? Clearly they were deep fried from frozen and coated in a ridiculous amount of seasoning as you can from the pictures. It was truly a salt lick of the highest order. For $50, I expect more. Otto’s Landing, however, is a fantastic place to grab a drink and socialize. I would suggest trying any other food truck in that area.

This was probably the best thing I’ve eaten all weekend! Mojo Fries for the win! We shared the rather large portion of fries topped with jalapeños, cotija, pork shoulder. So good! Service with a smile. Whole experience was great and we’ll be back.

Amazing, unique cuisine with new flavors. Meat was juicy and tender. Seasoned rice and plenty of veggies. On my 4th bowl now, and pleasantly surprised by the flavors each time. New favorite spot in Redmond!

Seriously, their ‘Best Coast’ sando is hands down the best chicken sandwich in Central Oregon. The owners were also so nice, and they let us sub brussel spouts for fries. And that’s the story of how I had the tastiest Brussel spouts of my entire life. I’m obsessed. I will be back and will bring friends!

The Rude Boi was one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I have had in my life. Excellent mix of flavors, moist tender chicken fried perfectly crunchy… I was thinking about it the whole rest of the day. Wife’s Mojo Fries were also bomb. Absolute 10/10!

Such a delicious surprise! I ordered the F & F garden bowl and duuuudeeee when they paged me and brought this masterpiece to the window I was taken aback. The flavors are delicious, very nuanced; and every component is prepared really really well. I know 5-star reviews and glowing write ups always seem fake but trust me this lil food truck on a corner in Prineville is serving up seriously tasty food. I will 1000% be back!

This place is worth it! Their food is like going to a five star Cuban fusion restaurant in the city-the flavors are so unique and even the plating is upscale for to-go. They have a small unassuming presence but their food is top notch. What a hidden gem for redmond. The staff are also always so friendly! We go to ottos just to eat here. The Cohiba bowl is a fave.

Hands down best food in Oregon!! Delicious food and friendly customer service. I’ve always been spectacle about food trucks, but Fresco And Fryed completely changed that.
