Since 2004, Macky’s Shrimp Truck was always the best choice for shrimp plates in Hawaii. Now, we are opening our restaurant in the Houston area. We are not only providing our world-famous Hawaiian-style shrimp plates, but also delicious Chinese food and handcrafted drinks.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but when I got home and saw this, I felt like I had to say something. I’ve never had chicken teriyaki that looks like this. The flavor was not good, and the chicken had the skin and was chewy. The menu does not say that their chicken comes with the skin. The fried rice and egg rolls were good.

I really enjoyed my experience here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I ordered the coconut shrimp, which was absolutely delicious and came with noodles and an egg roll. The portions are great and the shrimp was juicy with a crunchy outside. I also ordered the peach green tea with boba and it was very refreshing! Would definitely recommend this place for their wonderful food and tea options

Y’all!!!! This place is a MUST!!! We had the house fried rice, Mongolian beef (best i have EVER had), crab Rangoon, eggs rolls and fried noodle. The fried noodle was the only part i wasn’t crazy about. Customer service was great and food was quick and hot! Absolutely will be making this a monthly staple in eat out nights!

Have tried Mackys several times before leaving a review. We have ate at the restaurant and we have taken it home. Each time the food is very good, fresh and with great flavor. We have tried the orange chicken(this is excellent) general tsos chicken which is great too. U don’t drink the teas but my wife does and she says they are good. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable and the portions are big. Highly recommend this Mackys.

Oh my gosh. I was already waiting for this to open when they were building out but I don’t kno why it took so long for me to actually try em after they been open for so long! I am amazing by the food here, the fried catfish! is fabulous! I do wish for egg and veggies in the rice but I got the shrimp fried rice and it was so tasty! Grabbed some egg rolls and those cheesecake rolls too!! Did not disappoint I did add some strawberry jelly to them, maybe adding some jam or spread would be a nice add-on to the menu with them. All in all! A+! Keep up the good work guys!

First things first, they were very friendly and attentive. We Ordered the General Tso’s Chicken even after the “bad” reviews it tasted pretty good. I wanted to grab something closer to Richmond since I don’t want to drive all the way down to Bellaire Blvd to grab some boba. I got the Taro milk tea with boba which was good and the popcorn chicken and it was great! Chicken was soft and fresh. They make it with real chicken and i only waited about 5 minutes for them to come out. It’s actually quite nice. They only have 1 size for all the drinks and it’s about 24 ounces if you were wondering. Decently priced and friendly employees. They also have a drive thru if you didn’t want to go inside to order the drinks so very convenient. I haven’t tried to entrees yet but I will most definitely be back for that. Overall a great experience.
