Do you love salad? Do you love bread? Then you’ll love Jersey Mikes in Middletown because that’s what you’re getting. And maybe some bones in your turkey – and a manager who won’t call you back. If I’m paying $24 for a whole sub – it should be a nice sandwich. I can go to Slater’s and get a monster of a sub for less. Even with extra meat/cheese, there’s nothing on it. I almost feel like once they see extra meat/cheese on an online order they give you less. Literally happens every time I visit. I avoid Middletown and go to the Holmdel Jersey Mike’s – 80% of the time it’s worth the money there. Save your money, go to a local Sub Shop.

I had called the place this past Sunday and asked when they stop accepting orders for the day and the employee said 8:30pm. I then ordered a sandwich on the app at 8:15pm, but there was no option for an 8:30pm pickup despite the information I was given over the phone, so I scheduled the pickup for the following day at 8:30pm. When I showed up here at 8:30, the place was already locked up for the night, even though the scheduled closing time was 9pm. I called the following day to cancel my order to get a refund and the same employee assured that he was cancelling it and confirmed that it cancelled. Two days later, the charge was not refunded despite the fact that I didn’t even pick up my order. Also, the employees need to know how to speak to customers on the phone in a respectful tone. Ridiculous.

Fresh bread loaded with lettuce , barely any roast beef or cheese . IMO that’s not a sub. For $ 17.85 I expect better . Plus I didn’t see employees change their gloves after using the register & then going back to the deli counter .

Worse customer service, at least for today’s closing shift. DONT BOTHER COMING AFTER 8:30PM. I showed up at 8:32 and I was told unless I was picking up they couldn’t serve me anymore!

I’m picking up a delivery and I watched the young woman ring people up, touch money and then proceed to touch customers subs with the same gloves. Very very unsanitary.

Where’s the meat!!!! Updated review of the cheapest Jersey Mike’s location I have been to. Which is sad, because this is one of the original Jersey Mike’s I went to back in the day. Flavor was fine but there was less meat than, dare I say it, Subway! I guess this franchise owner is ok with that, which is a shame. Not worth the $18 for a “giant”. Staff seemed less than friendly as well.

Everyone needs a Jersey Mike’s Sub now and then. I went to the Middletown location today and the kids making the subs were very nice. I like that they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you as they make it. You know it hasn’t been sitting around in some refrigerator since the day before, like some chains that I don’t have to mention . The subs were great, as usual. Got the club sub, loved it.

Prices have gotten way outta hand plus the portions don’t make the prices even seem fair bought cheesteak extra meat &cheese feel like it wasn’t even the way it should be normally can go to my local pizza place get meatier cheesteak for almost half price & for that reason I’ll prob not be going jersey Mike’s no more
