I haven’t been back to this pizza hut in a year because it was so bad. I see nothing changed! I didn’t get what I ordered and specified the last time I came I ordered 40.00 worth of pizza and they gave me someone else’s order. Two cheese pizzas and a black olive pizza. No one eats black olives, I didn’t think I had I would have to check my order and I paid for a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. The meat pizza had burnt hard meat on it. Done! Will never be back. My advice, go to Marcos!

Food was great but services was terrible . I ordered online, drove thru drive thru paid for my order. He told me your order is coming out of the oven please wait a few . I said sure np. 15 mins go by and the same guy who took my payment said can I help you ? I said yeah I’m still waiting for my order I paid for . Oh lemme check on that he says . He comes back and I quote I’m sorry sir we don’t know what happened to your order . We are going to have to remake it . So I had to wait another 20 mins for my order. Yes the food was fresh and great but the service and the lack of braincells that went into the service was 0 stars .

Every time we try to go to the buffet, there’s 20 people and 2 pizzas. It’s always great but this is always so disappointing. We’ve had to walk out on more than one occasion because of this.

One hour to get take out. All they have is sorry to say whe they give your food to someone else then tell you have to wait 20 more minutes and your food will be ready. The fact they offered no discount I will not be back.
