Very Disappointed. Waited 35min for 1 waffle and double hashbrown. Families came and went, to go orders came and went still then only did i get my order. Waffle was overcooked, and the waiter asked if that was too overcooked for my liking. I told him it looked kinda hard and overcooked but I have waited for 30min and I couldn’t wait longer. See photo. ( I added butter and syrup).

This location is always a great experience! The staff is friendly and connects with patrons like they were family. The waffles are perfection as always! It is a tiny location so finding seating when it’s busy is sometimes tricky, but the atmosphere is close knit and charming.

You can tell the wait staff love their jobs. They are chipper, efficient, and super friendly. This place was packed to the gills and the eight servers didn’t miss a beat. It was actually incredible to watch, organized chaos.

The staff was super friendly when we came in. But all tables except two were filled with dirty dishes, most of them with food still left on them. Gross. And there were no customers inside. Not one! A family of four had just left. Very unappealing. We left.

We went on Christmas Day and they were well staffed and all the employees seemed especially friendly and happy. The food was good. They have removed some things from the menu such as steaks and pork chops, but those were still available for the asking. Our server was especially nice.
