The past two times I have ordered my order was incomplete. I ordered my son a chicken burrito with five or six toppings and all he got was rice beans and chicken it was a waste of money! Second time they forgot my queso. When i tried to call to fix it for him you cant. You have to use the website and all I got out of wasting all that time and money was a soda.

I work nearby and often visit this location on my lunch break. Usually I’ve experienced great service, kind staff, and a pretty fast wait. Recently not only have I witnessed the GM being extremely rude to his employees, but I saw him suggestively making out with another employee against a car in the parking lot. This is extremely inappropriate, especially since one of my kids was with me. I really hope something is done about this or else I will not be returning.

Recently went here for the 1st time and will not go back! The workers were rude for no reason! The credit/debut machine was down and only cash and gift cards were accepted and the workers took their frustrations out on the wrong people. I have been to other Chioptle’s and this is the worst one! It was hard keeping my composure but I managed. We did get pretty good servings with the food myself and husband ordered which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. If the workers don’t want to deal with the public nor like their jobs, then do not work there! Go elsewhere!

Speed doesn’t mean a thing without consistency. Take the extra time to make the order the same. No reason you should have an item over flowing with sour cream or a lb of cheese and 2 others that are completely different.. but ordered the same way

Everytime I go in with my boyfriend to get burritos we’re really excited because the food is always good. But every single time they load his burrito up but make mine really small. I don’t really know why, I usually don’t say anything. But I paid for an almost $9.00 burrito that was the size of a taco bell burrito taco. It was honestly ridiculous. It was half the size of what it should’ve been. There’s a reason your burritos are so expensive. The size. There’s a reason your tortillas are the biggest. I go in for dinner expecting to be filled by the time I’m done eating. But the last time I went it wasnt satisfying, it was like they made the burrito for a small child.

I have been in this location a few times. Every time I go in, the crew has been amazing. They are extremely polite. They food is almost always good. We had 1 time of something accidentally being served to us burnt meat, and they replaced our meal without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this location.

This location has been awful as of late, which is disappointing. I’d say one out of every ten times you go is good, so you get hopeful and the next time you go, it’s a let down again. Stale chips, very undercooked rice, burnt chicken, etc. Used to love coming here, it honestly isn’t worth it. Take a drive to Findlay and order from their location instead.
