Food was good. Them employee that was had was very friendly and patient. Explained the menu and answer any questions we had. He also made recommendations since it was our first time trying the food. The food was delicious. Service was fast. The environment was good. Will be back again to try the other food on menu. Will also make sure to try some dessert the next time. A place that needs to be tried.

I’ve heard great things about their fried pickles, and I’m obsessed with fried pickles, so I ordered some. With taxes and everything it came out to almost $9. I open the box and there’s a smaller tray inside that has about 13 fried pickles in it. I felt so ripped off and vowed to never go again. A few weeks ago, I had the craving again. I figured, maybe the first time was a fluke because I’d heard such great things, so I ordered them again. They were over $8 yet again, and this time I maybe got 15! They are good and they’ve got delicious dipping sauces but really?? Almost $9 for 13 to 15 pickle chips?? That’s like one handful of pickles for 9 freaking dollars? Never going back, complete rip off.

Just went here for the first time and we were overly satisfied with the food and service. The young lady at the counter who took our order over the phone and checked us out when we arrived was friendly and professional. This is some of the best chicken my husband and I have ever had no joke. Better than Canes (dare I say….). Big, juicy pieces of chicken. Great tasting sauces and a good variety of them to boot. The garlic fries were crispy and delicious. I got their spicy ranch to pair with them and it really hit the spot. Definitely will return. Especially since there is a location closer to my house! My pictures don’t do it justice but you get an idea.

Great customer service really took care of me today while I was on my lunch. Had some issues with my order and they resolved everything with great attitude in fast time; Made it back to work on time! The guy working in the front and girl in the back today 7/20/23 around 11am were the best!

I ordered about $60 worth of food because I heard great things about this place however it’s completely overhyped. Chicken wings were good though however I wasn’t too impressed with the mac and cheese balls. Fries pickles were ok I suppose. And the Cole slaw and potatoe salad tasted funny. Oh and myfunnel fries were so hard I had to throw it away! The cashier was very friendly!!

We ordered ten chicken fingers – half in Nashville hot chicken sauce and half undipped with BBQ dipping sauce. We received all of them dipped. The chicken itself was very tough I don’t think they were tenderloin fingers. I think they might be cut chicken breast. It came with cold, stale French fries. We ate three of them and threw the rest away. Very disappointing.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom is very dirty. They stock items in the bathroom hallway, making it a very narrow walkway. 2 individual bathrooms, but one doesn’t lock. Chairs are metal and very uncomfortable. Benches are wooden, very hard, and uncomfortable. The food was just ok. A little greasy. Sauce was a little flavorless. They need better bread options. It’s just a plain bun not toasted. Fried pickles weren’t fresh. A little soggy. It was like everything was soaked in grease.

Probably their worst location to go to better off going to the Maryland one if you don’t want to be disappointed. The staff is very cold and awkward. The food is soggy and better off asking for the sauce on the side or else you get plain chicken.

My daughter so kindly asked if I would like something to eat and told me they have a chicken & waffle sandwich on the menu. I love chicken & waffles so I said yes get me that. I was so excited to eat this! Upon opening my box the first thing I noticed is the sandwich was very small for the price, secondly they didn’t provide the syrup so I had to get my own. I pick up the small sandwich and could barely bite into it because it’s as hard as a rock! Both the waffle & chicken are so over cooked with very little flavor. . Sorry Chicken Shack this will be my first and only time eating your food. Sadly it very disappointing..

First time here and my food was not edible. Not sure if they had an off night but it was literally early impossible to chew and swallow the chicken tenders I ordered for my kids. The chicken also had a funny taste, as if they used the same oil all day and hadn’t changed it once. I won’t be going back. I’m thankful the manager refunded me my money.
