This is such a garbage location, multiple times they have forgotten food in take out orders. They always run out of food, maybe add more to your order sheets??? The managers are garbage, they won’t help at the front when the employees are slammed. The entire restaurant is usually pretty unkept. And last but not least they serve bird sized portions of over cooked food.

Went in for lunch, the two female workers had the worst attitudes and customer service I have ever witnessed. I am baffled! Got maybe 1/2 a spoon of rice in bother the bowls I ordered. Wasn’t asked if I’d like a side such as chips an salsa. Wasn’t asked if it was dine in or togo. Mean faces, not one smile, snotty attitudes. I have never felt less welcome in an establishment before. The only decent worker was the young man!

Sunday the 20th 2023 was the first time eating at this establishment and I have to say that the mini bowl I got with steak was absolutely delicious, fresh, and at temp.The two employees at this location here in Loveland Bryce & Sierra where awesome answering my questions with a friendly additude and a great all around customer service. They even gave my dog Izzy a small treat of meat. I would recommend Qdoba to others who like fresh delicious Mexican cuisine with friendly and knowledgeable employees as well kept and clean environment. Thanks to Bryce & Sierra for a great first time experience eating at Qdoba.

We came during a busy lunch timeframe and the service was efficient and friendly. The manager and cashier really cared about their service. I didn’t get the managers name but she was of great help whenever and wherever they needed her. Came in right as a rush hit, staff did awesome getting our big family through the line and manager was great. Food was amazing as always – if you’re not sure what to get the pork quesadilla with a side of chips and queso won’t let you down (dip the quesadilla in the queso, you won’t regret it) or the chicken/steak queso burrito/bowl. Also Qdoba chips cannot be beat.

I order from this Qdoba at least 2 times a month for lunch and never had a problem. I ordered dinner tonight for 4 people and was very disappointed. I asked for 2 salads one with a crispy shell and one without. 1 nachos and 1 cheese crusted quesadilla. Neither salad had the crispy shell and were not even half full in the bowl way more beans then meat (see pictures) no sour cream or guacamole for the “cheese crusted” quesadilla and the cheese crust was a joke. Please be better.

I typically enjoy ordering here but lately including today my quesadilla is soo soggy sloppy and there are more ingredients under and around quesadilla than inside it. I also didn’t receive my sour cream. Bummer.
