I have visited this Taco Bell location a handful of times now and can now attest to having a consistent positive experience each time. I tried the limited time Grilled Cheese Burrito (pictured) and boy was that good! Warm, savory, cheesy, filling! It is reminiscient of a Quesarito, but with melted cheese on the exterior, which I am all about. It also has the fritos inside with the meat, cheese, and rice. The lady at the drive-thru was very friendly and even politely provided suggestions on their menu when I was having a hard time deciding what to order. Overall, great work and Live Mas!

Very modern. Order your food from app or kiosk only. Might take getting used to. Would rather have complete menu available to choose from. Wife ended up ordering and receiving soft tacos instead of soft tacos supreme like she wanted. Also if you went to the outside tables to eat you couldn’t get back in the door you went out. Liked my crunchy tacos supreme , wife disappointed.

This location does not value customers who order food via mobile delivery services such as Doordash or Ubereats, nor does it value the time of delivery drivers. For forty minutes we were forced to wait for two tacos and two drinks while drive through customs were in and out. I understand that there may be some delays when staffing is an issue but 40 mins is outrageous. If you’re looking for a quick food delivery I’d highly recommend ordering from somewhere else.

This was one of the best drive thru experiences I have had in sometime. Gentleman taking orders was attentive, upsold, offered suggestions, polite and was moving, made sure everything was right on the order before he let you leave the ordering tower. Keep it up, you have a great employee !!!

I’ve been to this location only a couple of times and each time their “system is down” and they can only take mobile orders. This last time I made a mobile order to make sure I got my food and when I got there I sat in the mobile drive thru for over 30mins and when they finally answered they told me the system was down and they won’t be making my order even though they were taking orders at the regular drive Thru and the order was placed online 20 mins before we got there. I asked if I could get a refund and the lady was very rude and told me call “1800tacobell”. I called back this morning to get a refund from the manger Demarcus and he said they could remake the food if I had a paper receipt but then stated if we had a paper receipt that means we got our food and we couldn’t provide one because we never got our food. This is absolutely ridiculous for a new store.

So I went to Taco Bell to get there nachos. Got to the speaker they said they had no beef so I substituted it with steak when I left the drive-through they have charged me for the steak that I substituted it for. Also when I got home, there was no steak with my nachos, barley any chips. Basically paid for all condiments

Absolutely rude as can be and incapable of doing their jobs. I ordered on the mobile app on 5/20/23 at 10:14 pm and went to go pick it up in the drive thru line that was specifically for mobile orders. Sat there for 30 minutes watching the other drive thru orders get taken and handed to. After the non mobile order line cleared they finally came to the speaker at 10:50pm just to tell us “our system is down” and I said “I already paid for my order and I’m just trying to pick it up” to which the rude employee answered “call 1800 Taco Bell”. No I’m sorry or anything, just in a blunt snarky voice to call the hotline which isn’t open on the weekends. I called this morning 5/21/23 at 11:48 am to see if I could come retrieve my order and they told me I needed a paper receipt or else they thought I was lying trying to get free food. How would I have a paper receipt if I didn’t get my order Demarcus??? I told this man I just wanted my order and not a refund and he insisted I needed a paper receipt which I CLEARLY Don’t have because I never got my order. I told him i had my mobile receipt and he said that’s not good enough and to come back when the manager is in EVEN THOUGH I live an hour and half away and was staying with a friend for the weekend and I mentioned this to him and he didn’t care. This whole staff is truly incapable of having basic customer service skills.

WHAT A JOKE! I get the whole shortage of employees problem, but I f I for whatever reason choose to wait 20min for my food, that’s my decision. Waited 10min in the drive thru, and then got to the speaker just to be told that they’re only doing mobile and Uber eats orders starting right then. But I don’t see the difference of me just going around the building and parking and then ordering. Pretty inconvenient!!!
