This was just what I was looking for! Delicious, interesting breakfast with a cocktail! Chile relleno casserole was very interesting, never seen that before. So good with the “those potatoes”. Bloody Mary was excellent as well. Banana nut bread was also excellent!

Nice place in a historic district. We stayed at the Best Western motel across the street. They give vouchers for breakfast. The breakfast pictured is one of the voucher options plus an orange juice. I think it’s pretty darn good portion unless you are a heavy breakfast eater. Also can get $5 off other breakfast meals. I didn’t take a picture of my husband’s meal but it really wasn’t a difference to me in portion size, he opted for a regular breakfast meal with $5 off. Only thing was that there wasn’t a cashier so I had to wait for another server to ring us up.

Quaint lunch spot, no rush at 12:30 on a Tuesday. Got the last available table inside. Quick service and tasty BLT with avocado, side of cucumber salad (deliciously refreshing). Husband enjoyed the liver and onions.

We stopped here on our way to our campsite and it was good! I ordered the Chilaquiles and chocolate/peanut butter pie. The Chilaquiles was tasty, but not as flavorful spice-wise. The pie was outstanding and so was the service. Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for a good meal and friendly atmosphere.

Pot roast with mashed potatoes can always make a difference in your day. These were roasted to perfection and the potatoes were smooth and delicious. Wife also got the Caesar salad which was also delicious. Lastly we got the brownie pie which was incredible but very sweet. Awesome little spot to grab a good bite to eat!

Stopped in for breakfast. Charming cozy diner. We had the southwest breakfast burrito and the chile relleno breakfast casserole with banana bread. Everything was great. Even though we were full we had to try a slice of homemade pie! We had the triple berry pie a la mode. Best berry pie ever!! Don’t pass on the baked goods here. Service was friendly and attentive.

Good food, great service. Taylor was our server and was kind and efficient. Good came out super quick & tasted great. We had to wait 10 or so minutes for a table, but that was okay. Small interior; no room to wait inside, so had to wait outside in cold, but that was okay with us. Make sure to make a stop while in the area!
