I had a sea food foot long sandwich, it was really delicious. The two women working there were a little unaware of some of the social skills. Some cucumber s looks so old, and ugly. Talked to them about it. But, still believe that the NewYork subways are the best.

Most rude employees, lettuce and spinach were really wilted, browning and gross. Dirty tables, no sanitation and the worker is bringing out bread with her face mask not even covering her mouth. Will NOT be back. In fact we threw our food away and left after we saw not properly taking precautions.

I went to this location on Sunday 7/29 right after they opened and the Indian looking older lady was very rude from the beginning to the end. She was acting like, she is giving me free food. I left the place and called the store to get in contact with a manager or owner but the lady picked up the phone and she said she doesn’t care and hang up on me. I will never go to this location again.

I came in to grab lunch in between work sat outside in the eating area . When done I went back in and was approached by the owner who made it very clear he was that very rude very loud . Saying if you go outside and eat you can’t come back to refill your drink? I’m like they have this area set up so people can enjoy their lunch outside smh he them asked where do I work? Smh customer service is terrible by the owner so I’m not surprised about the customer service given by the employees smh I will not be coming back to this location and will follow up with the corporate office!!!!!!

I got sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong sub. The chicken portion was less than other subways. Also, part of the chicken was not even cooked properly. Parts of it were rubbery and undercooked. I ended up throwing away parts of the sub
