The sushi and other food items here in this place are excellent, but the service is stellar. I had been in the Crabtree Preserve for most of the morning and early afternoon and on the way home, when I saw this place, I knew I had to stop and get a salad but I quickly realized that the door was locked and the sign said that it didn’t open until 4 oclock. I turned away disappointed and while I was looking for another place to go the owner walked out the front door and with a large smile on his face waved to me to come in. It was almost an hour before opening time. I asked him if he would make me a special salad to which he obliged happily and cheerfully as I told him that I wanted shrimp and tuna in the salad. Then he recommended a superior Japanese beer (which was quite tasty) and directed one of his line Cooks to start preparing my meal. His name is Rico, he grew up in Cancun Mexico and now he’s throwing down serious Flav in this clean comfortable sleek sushi Cafe. It will be my go-to place every time I am in his demographic. Not only did they warm my heart but they soothed my palate with their delicious food. This place is a must go… Don’t forget to ask for Rico.

Delightful service! A bit pricey without tipping, but for the taste and ambience, it’s worth it once in a while. Family loved the warm donuts, which were surprisingly delectable. The hibachi style is always fun to watch, but this restaurant doesn’t seem to make a fanfare out of it. Regardless, the entire staff seem to enjoy working here and it shows when they serve the customers. Will definitely come back.

It’s always a treat to stop by Hachi’s. The chef and owner is very friendly and conscientious. I have always very much enjoyed my time and meals there. I like that the menu is not overly extensive. I feel like the food is likely to be fresher when the menu is substantial enough but reasonably limited. Their homemade dessert doughnuts melt in your mouth!

My family and I went there for lunch and we loved it. The prices were very reasonable, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. I had the Footlong Sushi roll and loved it!!! They used very fresh ingredients and displayed it very professionally. My family both had the hibachi chicken and also loved it. We all would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back to try it again!

My fiancé and I come here at least once a month and we both love it! The food is delicious and the service is great! The chef always comes to our table and asks “how is dinner?” Which I think is a really nice gesture. It’s very conveniently located, delicious, and the perfect place when you don’t have a lot of time but do want a great meal!

I ordered from this restaurant on UberEats. I had the veggie fried rice and the emperor roll. The fried rice smelled good and had the right texture for a hibachi rice, but after trying it I realized it was way too salty. I was disappointed because all the right flavors were there, but it was just too hard to finish. If they do a better job of measuring their sodium, this rice easily beats any other in the area. The emperor roll was just okay. It could have been rolled tighter, but maybe the roll is just too wide? The chicken tempura was sharp, for lack of a better word. It actually hurt a little going down. Maybe I’ll try this place again one day, but for now I’m still trying to get the salty taste out of my mouth.

Great food and service. Owner and staff are always welcoming and with smile on their faces; even with full house. Our kids thoroughly enjoy frequenting restaurant and their food. Delivery service is also quite fast. Have yet to be disappointed with food or service. Highly recommended to all!
