Stopped in for lunch, going through the drive through. No problems ordering and the wait was average. While the food was warm, it was not fresh. The fries were only half full and had a crunch to them more like chips. The chicken looked like it had been sitting in the box for an extended time and was soaked with either oil or condensation. The breading was the consistency of paste and stuck to everything. No crispness at all.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Absolute worst KFC experience ever. After a long day and being super hungry, my son and I went in and got food to go. When we got home, the chicken was so old, so dry, and so hard, it wasn’t even edible. The only thing edible was the fries. Not sure why management would allow food to be served in that condition?? We just moved to Woodburn in May, definitely will not be going back.

Terrible customer service. Showed up to pick up my online order to see that it was deleted from their system and never made my food. Bunch of young kids acting like it’s their home. Chatting each other up without tending to waiting customers, acting like we are burdening them by ordering food. Never felt so mistreated in a fast food establishment.

The food is always luke warm, or stale. A d they ALWAYS CLOSE BEFORE 10. If the sign says open until 10pm, then stay open until 10pm. If you wanna close early then change it to 930 so you have time to shut down and clean up! It’s easy! Smh…
