Very messy place, probably the worst kept Dairy Queen that I have ever seen. “The DQ Fans Relation Team” does not care whatsoever. Did you see the photo of the girl sitting on the table they serve food on? That’s disgusting, yet they say, “Sorry to hear about that, I hope you give us another chance.” HOW IS SHE NOT FIRED YET?

I’m sitting in the drive through no one answered the speaker and the girl that is working the window is actively ignoring me. I’m at the window now and she’s just going about as if I’m not here. It’s been about 15 minutes and I know they heard the buzzer and they see the drive thru time going up yet no one seems to be working. If I blow my horn they will see that as disrespect and come at me nasty. Is there even a manager on duty here.

This place is falling apart from the inside out and the person who waited on me was although polite had her children and family running inside yelling about how they’re beeping the horn and they know they could hear how she yelled back that she has customers and I understand that she may have children but it was a little uncomfortable and also I feel bad writing this considering she was like 9 months pregnant for sure either way she kind of followed me around the store she did help me when looking at cakes a little bit didn’t really give me any kind of sales pitch or any reason to buy it so I didn’t because I didn’t understand which ones were what flavors Etc she did help a little bit with that but as soon as I went to leave with my order she was already getting into the car next to me with the car for children and another adult woman I had something drip on my head from above and I looked up and it was a dark colored leaky ceiling tile of God knows what and also the place just feels like it’s not a business it feels very unorganized and run down I don’t recommend going there with children adults elderly anybody that is human I don’t even think I’d feed my dog that food I didn’t need the food I gave it to my boyfriend who did not like the slushie I got him either the only thing that was good about it was the blizzard which was the New York style cheesecake

Stopped for blizzards through the drive thru. There was about a 10 minute wait, I believe they were understaffed (like most establishments are recently). The women working were doing their best. Our large blizzards were about 3/4 full, and all my toppings were at the bottom, not mixed in.

ZERO STARS!!! Had a large order placed and when I received it I realized it was missing a medium blizzard. My son left to go back to get it but it was very close to closing time so I wanted to call to let them know that it was missing but my son was in route to pick it up. He would make it before closing but Dave Bryant who claimed to be the owner response as soon as I told him the situation was very rude “well he better hurry up because we’re closing soon. No apologies, just super rude. When I called him out on him being rude he told me that I don’t tell him how to respond! I will not be going back to this location ever again!!! Dave Bryant is rude and very unprofessional!!!
