If you are a baked potato fan…try one here! It was so good, I added the Turkey and that made it even better! It was huge, I couldn’t finish it. Loved the potato salad and their fries. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet! The atmosphere has good vibes and it’s a pretty big place, would be great for a birthday / celebration dinner. Don’t forget to check out the mural on the side if you are a fan of Sam Elliot / 1883!

Highly recommend. Great location, service, prices, and food. The Panther City Burger was good but does not come with fries so be sure to order some on the side. The sliced brisket, jalapeño sausage and mustard potato salad were exceptionally delicious. Had an excellent experience. We will be back to try one of the many adult milkshakes!

Great food, good service, and supporting locals at the same time! A friend told us about Jon’s Grille a few weeks ago and it ended up on my need to visit list of restaurants. After understanding the history, it’s easy to understand why the burgers and brisket are so good. The option to have a fatty or a flatty (thick 1/2lb or 1/3lb smash) is also a welcomed one. We tried the Panther City burger and smoked chicken salad, a side of Mac & cheese with candied bacon and a pie of the day shake! While the shake did take a good chunk of time for it to arrive at our table, it was IMPRESSIVE. It includes a slide of their pie (we did German chocolate) in a huge glass drizzled to the nines with chocolate syrup. The service was also excellent, which feels like a rare occasion these days. Will definitely return for more milkshake goodness and also interested checking out Bonnell’s steakhouse.

First the good, the fries are excellent. I got the Panther city burger and it was ok. I liked the grilled balsamic onions, but the cheese choice did not fit with the flavors on the burger to the point where it was a little off-putting. The burger was of high quality meat, but the meat patty is over-worked to the point where there is no air in the patty and it comes off as more of an already been chewed up steak or a meatloaf than a hamburger if that makes sense. That is the biggest suggestion I could make is to work on the patty. Service was good and friendly. Price at $32 for a burger, fries and drink is a bit high imo. I may come back, but we have a lot of great joints around town to justify the parking headache. Definitely worth a try though!

The food here was really good! I had a flat patty and it was delicious. The fries and onion rings were also good! Our server, Matt, had a very gentle demeanor and good recommendations. The sports bar vibes were also good! Don’t pass on the milkshakes!
