Stopped here on my way home. I hadn’t been here in about 2 years. I must say that I was very disappointed. First, let me say that the staff were kind, friendly, and the restaurant and bathrooms were immaculate! However, the chicken (what I came here for) was very disappointing. It used to be so good, but it was cold and dry. I didn’t see them grilling it like in the past, so they must cook it somewhere and let it set in a warmer for long periods of time. I was so disappointed. It was sinner time, so you would think that they would be cooking chicken, but they weren’t. So disappointed. Doubt that I will return.

Lie about their hours. They close at 9 but don’t want to take orders until 9. Worked fast food before and everybody knows u get out AFTER the store close. So thinking u going him at 9pm everyday is very unrealistic. “I have to count a register” yeah we all work just say you can’t count fast enough to get your staff out so u close early on customers who have also been at work all day.

I ordered food through drive thru at 6:30 pm on Feb 25th. The girl that took my order had an attitude because I asked for a pint size side instead of individual size. I would of drive off and not even ordered but the wife wanted to eat YaYa’s. Bad customer service, especially when they weren’t even busy. To prevent a future problem she may cause, it may be in YaYa’s best interest to fire her so she can work a job where she doesn’t get upset doing what she was hired to do. I bet everyone that orders tonight is going to drive away wanted to give her a piece of their mind. That is all.

I went through the drive thru and did not receive all of my order. Portions are small, prices are high. Food was cold and old. Staff was extremely rude as well. All around bad experience. I will not return. I assume they will be out of business soon, just like the other locations
