Ordered a slice with sausage. 2 chocolate chip cookies and a bottled water. Came to $11.20. Not mad at over pricing. The pizza was average. But the cookies were unbelievably terrible. I never knew you could F up a cookie. I sincerely hope this is not the same owners from pakulas bakery in spring valley. That would be really disappointing

I want to like this place but many times I have been underwhelmed by what I receive. I feel like the food could be prepared and presented with more attention, instead of throwing a piece of chicken on bread and calling it a sandwich. There are many places I can get the same menu items for the same price, and better. So putting a little more care into how they make their food can potentially set them apart and be more appealing. I have recently been sampling salads and they have been surprisingly good. I will order again eventually to see if anything changes, but it probably won’t be for awhile.

We ordered a large plain pie for lunch and were in for a rude awakening. The pizza was deplorable – it was desert dry and arctic cold, the dough was tortilla thin, the tomato sauce was bitter, and there were only three small patches of cheese! I called and kindly asked for the owner and female cashier rudely transferred me toRob. He cut me off and yelled, “YOU KNOW WHAT, I’M GOING TO VOID YOUR ENTIRE ORDER. KEEP THE PIZZA AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. YOU DIDN’T EVEN TIP MY DELIVERY GUY AND HAD US COME 12 MILES [ACTUALLY 12 MINUTES] IN THE SNOW. I’LL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO COME TO YOUR [DELIVERY LOCATION] EVER AGAIN. YOU’RE NOT GOING TO TREAT US THIS WAY!”, then hung up. Nothing that I did or said warranted this angry outburst from Rob. He could’ve refused to deliver or charged us a delivery fee, but nonetheless he didn’t deserve a tip for Pizza like THIS! This review is beyond the terrible pizza – it’s the unprofessionalism, carelessness, and rudeness from the staff. I can understand the cashiers being rude, but the owner yelling at me over a tip when I kindly asked for a remake? Ladies and gentleman, please travel elsewhere for great pizza because this, by far, is the WORST PIZZA IN ROCKLAND COUNTY!!!

I placed an order online for take out and when I got there I still had to wait a good 7 minutes before my order was ready. And when I walked in, I wasn’t even greeted “hello”, but when a white man and his child walked in after me, they greeted them and they didn’t even order, they walked out. I will never go back to this place again, their pizza was horrible.

After trying many local pizzerias here in Rockland, none of them come close to Pakulas. As a matter of fact, they were all 2 star pizzerias. The pizza here was great! Ordered the margherita pizza and a side of the Irish nachos. Pizza was not greasy, ingredients were fresh, and most importantly the nachos and pizza arrived HOT and quick. Good job guys!
