The food was ok; however the portion was small and the price 30 higher than other locations. I was shocked when she said the order was close to $75. We Order the same exact this w larger portions down the road and bill is usually 45. Not worth the cash for sure

The staff was nice , but as far as the food goes i did not enjoy it . Oddly enough im the type person that eats anything without a problem but it was not appealing . The rice was bland , portions were small , the chicken wings were as big as turkey legs , so i guess for some thats a plus but would i eat there again ? Probably not , i rather go to eastern or something

Ordered here tonight because Eastern Phoenix is closed on Mondays- horrible idea. General Tso’s chicken was gray, chewy and absolutely disgusting. It’s like it was sitting around and re-fried to order.. Egg rolls were way too over fried and gross. Would not recommend!! This place used to be so good. You can tell they just don’t care anymore.

Some of the worst Chinese Dining I have ever experienced. I ordered shrimp eggs rolls and don’t get me wrong who smashes up their shrimp for shrimp egg rolls? I have never heard of such a thing . What are you making 20$ from 2 pieces of shrimp throughout 10 eggs rolls? Like step your game up, You have been here for 27 years and should be put out of business. If I could give negative starts I would. Attempted to order from here last night. After ordering 3 entrees and some egg rolls was told about an hour. Little long but okay no biggie. Showed up about an hour later to pick up the order. My mom went inside to grab it and was told they are very busy and they couldn’t find our order and others had been waiting for their food for over an hour but pull up to the curb and she’ll see if she could find it. Well we did and a half hour later still nothing so my mom again went inside to ask. This time the woman demanded that the order be paid for right now and of course my mother refused until we had our food. The woman then stormed to kitchen speaking in Chinese which my mother could understand slightly and it was some not so nice things. While she was in back one of the kitchen workers was walking into the restaurant from the kitchen taking his time as if not busy at all and of course without a mask on. The woman that seemed to be running it again stormed out saying she couldn’t find our order and we should pay and wait. My mom then refused and said we would leave. As we were sitting at the curb looking for the number of a pizza place, woman comes out and starts tapping on the window of my mother’s car and when I rolled down the window she says “Son you called at 6:27 and I told you about an hour” to which I responded “it’s 8:05 we’ll be leaving.” She storms away from the car screaming “you people are ridiculous” then as she opens the door to go inside looks back and screams “F**k you!”. Mind you with a line of customers standing at the door all annoyed and waiting for their food as well. Never have I had such bad service at any restaurant especially to be cursed at in 2 languages all because we followed their instructions and they couldn’t keep things together.

Was told pick up would be an hour, 1 1/2 hours later, got food. Arriving home found out order was wrong and food was barely warm. Never thought shrimp with lobster sauce would be sweet tasting. Terrible! Threw $40 order in trash and ordered from somewhere else.

On Wednesday my hubby stopped in for our takeout order of a large shrimp & fried rice $2.00 extra shrimp, large order of Spare Ribs and a small wonton soup. The young lady was on the phone taking orders for about 20 minutes, call after call. After 10 minutes of standing there waiting for our order, she stated “I will be with you in a minute!” Other people were complaining as well about the wait. We finally got our order, yet when we got home we noticed that the spare ribs were actually dry bones with no meat or sauce on them. We have been going there for sometime and the food & the service used to be great. Something has changed, not sure if they have enough staff or if they have changed management, yet we will never go back again.
