Very hit or miss. The service is always great! The fries are almost always great. The sweet Tea is usually good. The chicken is almost always soggy & seems like it’s been sitting out a while. I’d try to avoid going before 12:30 pm…that’s usually when they make fresh fried chicken.

Clean very clean the manager or maybe she was was the assistant manager she was very friendly and nice. She was very welcoming. We live in McGregor and the tenders do not look as huge as the tenders here. Our plates are filled. That we had so much we got to take some home.

They gave me like, little chicken bites instead of tenders. Which I ordered a regular 4 piece but they gave like 9 really small pieces. Wasn’t really worth it, I was still hungry after.

Was working a 32 hour shift on Father’s day and couldn’t leave the hospital. I had my wife go get some food for me. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal and jalapeno poppers. I got 5 cold chicken strips and a gravy that was so cold I could turn it upside down and it almost didn’t come out. And instead of a jalapeno popper they gave me just a regular jalapeno. Lastly cold hard roll which suprisingly difficult to break in half. Normally their service is just o.k., but when I called the manager back to let her know that it was bad, her response was maybe it’ll be better next time. My daughter who started eating her meal on the drive from the store to the hospital said her meal was cold as well. Lastly, my wife said that she had to wait forever in line as it was extremely slow.

The young woman who took my order forgot about me, since the food had to be cooked and there was a waiting time. They were also very busy. When she realized what she had done she was very apologetic and gave me some extra food. The livers are the best anywhere! The employees were great and the restaurant was spotless.

Ordered a 4 tender meal and this is literally what I got… spent 26 bucks for 2 meals and and a small mashed potato and drink… I took the gravy and fries out just to show you the actual tenders we received… will not be going there again…

They are unique in that you get to choose which pieces you want! The homemade rolls are always warm,as is my go to side,the Mac and cheese! The chicken itself is delicious. Restaurant is always clean. This is my place for lunch when in Waco. They need to come to Dallas-Fort Worth besides the one location way out east suburbs.
