Just saying I worked for Arby’s for 12 years and today finally went in to eat some cause I was craving it after years. My cashier was on the first day of the job, he was very polite, was nervous but gave good eye contact. The woman training him was very polite and sociable. The food was perfect to order and the service was great! Never thought I would see the day Arby’s has burgers but it was great! Definitely coming back for another

On a trip and just needed some food, ordered big fish deluxe sandwich. Should have gotten a picture but it was not super appealing. Greasy and messy and not very fun to eat. Also ordered a beef and cheddar, I got most of that except the cheddar part as pictured. Fries where kind of greasy and tasted not fresh or something. Dr. Pepper was alright though. Already quite a few miles down the road when I realized all this of course. I am being generous with the second star I think.

Love arby’s always! I do have one negative comment for the manager however. When we were eating in the restaurant today one of your workers who was working in the kitchen was sick and coughing. That’s not very good!
