Honestly one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. You have to wait 20+ minutes for your food whether you order it online or in the store. There’s never any staff at the front to answer your questions or if an order is ready. The staff are rude. We paid for a large drink and they gave us a medium—“We don’t have large drink containers,” they said. So why am I paying for a large? They give no offer of a refund nor offer to give us two drinks to make it up to us. The food is always lukewarm and sloppily made.

It’s hard to qualify this place as “fast food” when we normally wait about 30 minutes for the staff to casually talk to each other with their backs to multiple waiting customers chit chat. Today we waited over an hour. Because we had our dog with us, my boyfriend went in to check the pickup window every 10 minutes or so or when we saw them add one through the window. By the 60 minute mark we asked how much longer. One of the four women inspected a bag off to the side of the pickup area with no receipt in it and asked if these were our items. They were and she insisted that she’d called us four times and that’s why she didn’t have a receipt in it like every other bag that waited in the window. It’s rather suspicious someone who is able to recall the amount of times she called our name so seamlessly can’t seem to attach a receipt to the bag. She offered to refund us if we could repeat the order… needless to say we left. If you’re going to order from here, do it well in advance and don’t assume just because there’s no bag with your receipt that they haven’t already made it. Scream over their conversation if you must or you’ll need a tomb stone.

Yo this is the worst Taco Bell ever!!!! What the heck is going on anymore they gotta get someone from corporate to come in and fix this place… take forever with the taco?? What the heck! It would be faster to drive to a different Taco Bell one hour away get a Doritos coco taco and come back here than waiting inside this Taco Bell for a cup of water

Didn’t read the review before the visit. Was too excited to have a Taco Bell in downtown Jersey City. Yes I did have to wait over 30 min for two soft Tacos? The staffs were indeed slow people. They see the people waiting but have ‘don’t care’ look. No hot sauce. No sauce at Taco Bell? Trying to cut down the cost, I guess. The most amazing: after 30 min I finally received the food and my tacos were cold ??? Who is the owner of this franchise??

Awful awful awful. Unless you want to wait over 30 mins for a taco . I was picking up an Uber eats order & all I hear is the young lady with brown curly hair complain “wow so many orders, I wish it would get slow” it was about 8 other Uber eats waiting for their order. She kept saying I had a big order which I thought was bogus bc this isn’t the 1st Taco Bell I’ve had to pick up from. When I asked the other lady kindly she tried to explain the 2nd page meaning order ahead of me. The short girl with brown hair in a bun then said “I told her that already” to her coworker in a rude tone. She also started sweeping in the middle of having 10+ people waiting online. Almost every Costner who spoke to her felt the need to apologize due to her rude manner. I truly felt bad once I seen the way she was treating us. Made us all very uncomfortable. Not to mention she purposely took long after I asked her. Telling her this can impact my rating on my rating on my Uber eats account. A lady also came in saying she ordered 30 minutes ago and came in and cancelled her order because they said she would need to wait an additional 20 minutes. My order is close the canceling me as I write this. I hear them screaming in the back saying HURRY HURRY I WANT TO GO HOME. I am more disgusted the longer I stay. Uber eats gives your order usually u walk in and it’s ready. This is awful experience do not come or order here. Thank me later.

This is the WORST location I have ever been to. Service is bad and SLOW. You order a large drink just to be told they are out of large cups and they can only give you a medium.. there is NEVER any ice in the ice machine. And you will wait over 30 minutes for your food… whoever is running this location should honestly be embarrassed… I’d travel 20 minutes out of my way to another location to avoid this location at all costs.

Service has always been fine considering I imagine they’re very understaffed. Take cinnamon twists off the online menus if you’re not going to have them! They never have hot sauce here, whether you order delivery, mobile pick up, or in store ordering. They might on the rare occasion if you’re at the store have Diablo OR mild. But don’t offer delivery or mobile pick up if you’re not going to have sauces. You just can’t eat Taco Bell without Taco Bell hot sauce. What’s the point?
