I usually do not have a problem with La Gratella. People are nice, pizza is decent and prices are not too bad. HOWEVER…if this is the portion size of an order of calamari you get for $12.95, I may have to rethink of our go to restaurant. Absolutely awful. Do better.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times. I have never had an issue prior to tonight. This is the bottom of a calzone I ordered. It was completely charred. The top was slightly burnt as well. When I cut into it to take my first bite all I could taste was burnt crust. It was inedible. This should never have left the restaurant. I ordered it for delivery. I’m not sure what happened but I’m not the only person who has received burnt food. Look at the other reviews. Their quality control needs to be adjusted. I spent almost $25 for delivery and the main entree was inedible. I will definitely reconsider ordering from them again

First of all, y’all eat too much pizza. In a class of restaurant I like to call “Weeknight Italian” (before/after shopping, you want a sit down meal not eat out of a pizza box at home etc.) La Gratella is high on my list. Great traditional entrees and creative specials from the chefs! Delma is always terrific and they will accommodate special requests. So put down the Grubhub app, bring a bottle of wine and enjoy great entrees at a great price anytime!
