This place is filthy. They haven’t mopped or swept in days. There is food from previous customers just laying out on the tables. The tables are filthy had to ask a worker to wipe the table down for us so we could eat. This needs to be corrected!

We usually come on some Sunday night with our church group of 20+ people. The first thing I noticed is that the workers were just standing around talking with only two customers at the time, floors were dirty that looked liked they have not been swept in hours, the tables were not wiped down, and the napkin holders have no napkins and they have dust on it as well. I’m sorry but our church will not be coming back. Thank you. I hope this will be resolved.

Out to lunch with my daughter..I had the turkey jalepeno crunch sandwich with a Savannah chopped salad, it was so delicious. My daughter had the french dip and it was also very good, you can never go wrong at Mcallisters, I’ve never had a bad meal at any of their locations. One of my favorites.

My family used to get takeout here pretty regularly but for the last several months every time we got takeout the order was wrong or missing items. Tonight we did not get our potato salad or chili (which we paid extra for). I’ve called before about missing items and they always tell me I can come back and get the item but instead of doing the 30 minute drive to the restaurant and back I finally decided to post a review about it…. We had started checking our bags before leaving and informed them of what was missing as this has been happening for a while but the last three times the person who ordered was not the person who picked up the order so they weren’t totally sure what to check for. Regardless, McAlister’s used to be our go to takeout restaurant but I guess we will be finding a new go to for busy nights.

This location is very unprofessional!! My sister is the gm at Petal and her service and employee are AWESOME! The Manager I assume was at the window in the back didn’t look pleased at all being at work. the ladies up from were just standing around while there was a line waiting to place an order. I didn’t even get a fork to eat with i had to go back and ask for one.

Amostity said she was the manager, wasn’t sincere or sympathetic at all, didn’t offer to refund antything, and didn’t offer a future discount. There was a hair in both sides of the sandwich (one short and brown, one blonde), there were 5 employees hovering around the to-go station just talking and standing around, and there were people in and out of the kitchen not wearing hair nets or gloves
