Stopped in the Olive Garden for lunch shortly after they opened. The restaurant was not busy but had a short wait. The greeter was very nice. Our server was having a bad day and complained every time she came to our table about how short staffed they were. The food was very good. Maybe a different server next time would make the experience better.

Visiting the Great Smoky Mountains, my husband and I decided on Olive Garden for dinner. We were not disappointed. Since I have mobility issues, the host (I think his name was Ricky) opted to seat us at a table by the bar since it was close to the entrance. That was very kind of him. Our server was Cassidy who was also the bartender. She was AWESOME!! Some people are good at multi-tasking and Cassidy is one of them. She was prompt, friendly, attentive and made us feel welcome. She was handling several things at once (including the bar) with great ease. She was always there before we needed her and very attentive to what we would need. Always had a smile and treated the other tables the same way.

Food was great. Was there for my Anniversary. Had to wait about an hr for a table bc they were short staffed they said. Our waitress was really nice but she apparently had a cold or something and kept sneezing over and over. She’s pregnant so I didn’t say anything about it. I know how pregnancy allergies can be. I got a bottle of our favorite wine before we left and they made us drink a glass before we could leave with it, which makes absolutely no sense to drink and drive and have an open container even if it is sealed in a plastic bag. I just wanted to get my favorite wine with the cheesecake we asked to go, and take it back to my hotel and open it and drink it on my balcony. Which we did, but would have rather not opened it before getting back. Other than that and the entire huge table next to us being super loud and annoying with every conversation heard, it was good.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had!!! Food was wonderful and the restaurant was very clean and well kept. What made the difference was our server Wendy, who chatted with us and was an absolute pleasure to get to know! God bless you Wendy, you are truly an incredible person!

We make it a point to goto this Olive Garden every year and every time we are reminded why we go. The staff has always been very nice and helpful and the food has been great also. The best part of our experience has always been the hostess. She is the sweetest lady and she really has an ability to just make you smile. Don’t know what she is getting paid, but she deserves more!

About 10 cars in the parking lot, not very busy. Got there at 130 on a weekday. Went inside for our family of 7 was told 20+ min to wait. Said they only had 3 servers. This is when we should have left. Thought we’d stay. Took 20 min once seated to get our drink order. Another 20 min to bring out drinks and breadsticks/salad. Almost 30 min to bring our food out. Definitely would not go back.
