I have been a customer for years and this rude female employee just cost my business tonight. Unless she is fired I will never order another pizza from them again. And I will tell everybody that this place is no good. Who ever she is just made a huge mistake. You don’t take a pizza order and lock your door 5 minutes after 9:00. This company doesn’t need customers anymore. Not hard working good paying customers like me. The person who was picking up the pizza was at grocery store for me and got there as soon as he could. So my two large pizzas went in to her fat face . I hope she gets fired if not I will never give them my business again. And I know a lot of people.

Extremely rude service staff, and I would not recommend this establishment if you like being treated with respect. One individual who’s name I didn’t get was yelling at an older lady who just asked him if he could move his car. Absolutely childish behavior and I will be telling everyone to stay clear of this restaurant until I see that individual gone. The food is good, but this was unexeptable behavior.

Tasted the pizza a few months ago at a gathering. It wasn’t too bad. We tried it again and the same not too bad. Toppings are plentiful and there is no need for extra cheese. Haven’t tried their other locations, just the one in Grass Valley. Staff seemed nice and helpful. Will definitely try again with the kids.

Very poor service very dirty. Called to ask my order read back because it was wrong. Just wanted to make sure I wasnt wrong and they hung up on me. I went back and they made me a half cooked pizza. Made my nephew sick.

Terrible scammers here! DO NOT GO.. placed an order with them over the phone with a 30% DISCOUNT AND STILL PAID FULL PRICE SOMEHOW. These people are absolute scammers, their online menu states prices and even say a 50% discount and they say it doesn’t exist anymore and only give you a 30% discount.

If they answer the phone stating they are not taking pick-up orders at 8:39pm when the store hours state that they close at 9pm, they should at least change their ADVERTISED closing time to when they begin to refuse service. Ridiculous.
