I genuinely tried to go “#basic” with this order…Pumpkin spice iced latte, the apple cranberry refresher and a few donuts. The donuts were delicious. The drinks, if you like the flavors, I’m sure are wonderful…just not for me. The pumpkin spice latte was like doing a line of nutmeg with a hint of creamy espresso, so if you’re into all that by all means it’s your drink ! The apple cranberry refresher was very refreshing but extremely overpowering. If Yankee candle was a flavor, that would be it. And Dunkin’, if that’s what you were going for…NAILED IT ! The drinks were made correctly just not my style. I ended up heading thru the drive thru and getting my good old hot coffee ☕ .

I understand everyone is short staffed and things are not how they used to be but come on. I work in the restaurant industry and know better than to ever send someone out burnt food!! how the hell do you look at this, put the cream on it, put it in a bag, and think .. yeah that’ll be good!! No. it’s not that hard to tell when something is burnt. especially the smell. i always give dunkin the benefit of the doubt because i do come there and have good food some days but other days it’s really as if they have workers who do not care what they do or how they do it.

As a general manager of a coffee house I have never experienced such awful customer experience. I will not be going to any Dunkin’ ever again. Driving from Minnesota to New York this was one of the only places open. If you decide to clean your lobby an HOUR before close and do not lock the doors it is on you as a business. For your employees who walked away as I asked questions about the products. To then proceed to talk about how inconvenient and annoying we are as guests to walk into the lobby as they have to re clean and actually wait on us. I asked for a latte with vanilla and received a French vanilla latte. (Allergy to hazelnut ) when asked if it was just vanilla she walked away from me and said “yeah sure”. I accepted that and went to continue my travels just to have an allergic reaction that could have ben avoided. Worst business experience to date.

I am not giving dunkin the 5 *. I’m giving the cashier that was there by herself the 5*s. She did a better job with after work business and it was busy this is why I did not get her name. The hot coffee and iced lattes were perfect and we didn’t have to wait long. I have been in here several times at the same part of the day and there has been up to 4 people working and have never received this service. So my review is good job to you and the rest of the dunkin team need to step up your game.

This place was a complete waste of time! What a joke. First of all, we are not from this area. We were on a road trip, passing through, and decided to stop. Big mistake! We went through the drive through, but accidentally missed the speaker box. Lady at window wouldn’t place our order. She told us either drive through again, or come inside. Line was long and took forever to get to window as it was. So I went inside. Stood there for about 15 minutes. 2 employees made eye contact, yet never acknowledged my existence. Completely blew me off. No letting me know someone would be right with me…nothing!!
