I got home to open up our food we had just ordered, I opened my daughters happy meal to give her a chicken nugget and right on top was a half eaten nugget… meaning somebody went out of their way to take a bite out of her nugget and placed it on top of the box. The nerve to KNOWINGLY box up a half eaten chicken nugget ON TOP of the box going into a happy meal for a CHILD. Meaning someone in there is happy to share their nasty germs with kids. UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention there was only ONE apple slice in her bag of apples.. so not only does she not get nuggets, she doesn’t get apples either.

I’ve only been to this McDonalds once… they are 0 for 1 on correct orders… when I asked them to correct it, the poor kid asked me to look at my receipt (which I didn’t get) and then the manager started telling me that they couldn’t take cash. I don’t know where the idea of cash came from, as I paid with a card and had no cash on me. If they didn’t ring up the food I was more than willing to pay for it. I left there confused as they just weren’t willing to make it right, even when I was trying to give them payment… I still don’t know what just happened.

Placed my order at the speaker, happy meal, hot fudge sundae, Oreo cookies and cream pie. Get to the window to pay and the kid tells me 10 minute wait on the pie. I said that was fine. Get to the 2nd window and wait and wait. No one came. Go to the 3 rd window. Wait and wait. No one came. Get back in drive they line and was told to pull up to 2nd window,and it’s pouring down rain so the runoff was extremely bad( it’s a literal waterfall onto your car)and literally poured into my backseat, while I’m waiting. When someone finally comes to the window I’m told there were no more pies, that was no big deal, should have told me at the speaker to begin with. To McDonald’s: if you are going to have teenagers running your restaurant so your managers can have their Saturday off, then better train them to handle small rushes or hire more well trained adults.

Be prepared to check your meal and send it back. I won’t even go through the drive though because I always end having go in anyway to get my order corrected. They just call your number throw your food up on the counter and turn around and walk away without offering any kind of condiments or making sure your order was correct.
