Ordered 2 breakfast pizzas to be delivered to my workplace for an employee breakfast. The pizzas arrived earlier than the estimated time which was great. They were hot and fresh and definitely good. The taste was the only reason I wasn’t able to give a full 5 star review. The cheese was excessive which some people may love but it made it so the eggs and meats were overpowered. It was like it not only had the cheese on top but also maybe the ingredients were mixed with a melted cheese…just a little too much. Great option though!

Have had issues in the past regarding their card readers. Today I went in and THEY had an issue on there end saying “network failure” the cashier told me it was on my end and yet I got double charged for a single slice of pizza. After I get my money put back on my card I will not be returning back to that location.

The manager said 2 mins, the second we walked in the door.. we said, what does that mean? It was only 8:55pm on a Wednesday. He said, we are closing, it felt very rude to be honest. He could of politely said, we aren’t open much longer. I am in customer service and let me tell you, I never leave reviews often. This was awful. No wonder we don’t frequent this place ☹️

If you want to be talked down to, cussed at, treated like overall dirt, AND called racist this is the place for you. If not stay clear as their night shift manager seems to think it’s ok to treat a customer with zero respect and wonder why they are upset and wanting to speak with the store manager. I shop here every 2 weeks for my smokes and will now go out of my way to get them elsewhere. I’d give negative stars if I could.

Wanted to order a pizza. I called 3 times in 10 minutes. So i just went to store to place order. Couldn’t find cook. So went to front register to place order. Cook was up front talking to friends. Than preceeded to tell me it was a 25 minute wait. Couldn’t answer phone and didn’t want to take order because was to busy talking to friends. Pizza in warmers looked dried out and old. So i just left and went to pizza hut.

We ordered pizza and cheesy bread. Person who answered the phone needs better training on how to take an order. She didn’t not apply the cheesy bread to the order. We where unable to wait for it to cook. Then the pizza is way under cooked. The crust is so flimsy it does not hold the ingredients on the pizza. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Normally This is the best Casey’s to get pizza from but this pizza I just got was dry and orange like it was someone’s pizza that didn’t get picked up and was left our for hours it was so gross it makes me sad. Like I’ve never had a bad pizza from this place till today. Idk what happened it was just awful
