Whoever owns this establishment needs to either hire more help or close! We waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and 2 cars in front of me left. I got to the speaker and waited 5 minutes, and nobody greeted us. At that point, we left and went Wendy’s.

I went by before work and order my food yesterday 12/19/2022. It was delicious plus fresh fries and burger is exactly what was ordered. I went by there today 12/20 the food was okay but the burger was not what I ordered. It was a single super star with cheese! Burger was cold cheese barely melted and very sloppy. Please keep this in mind that I got this same combo yesterday. I called three times and phone was answered but the person was rude because I mentioned to that I ordered a #7 combo the super star cheese burger and he said that’s not a number 7 then quickly said hold on hold on! So I hung up. Looked up the burger on line and the burger I got was not it! I tried to call back and no one answered! I will not go back to this Hardee’s ! I will definitely make sure to check before leaving the parking lot ! Lesson learned for me!

I came to Hardee’s on Mills avenue this morning and that was a little issue on how my order was rung up the manager Michael took really good care of me and made sure that he made it right best service ever that I’ve had at this Hardee’s and I visited Hardee’s all the time thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to make sure that the customer was happy. This is the worse food establishment. The Drive-thru is a joke. We literally sat in drive-thru behind a pickup truck for 25 minutes, who was sitting waiting for someone to take his order, he pulled off because they never took his order. We pulled up and sat there for 10 more minutes, and they never took our order we pulled off as well. This place is ridiculous. They will take your money in drive thru, and tell you to drive around the building where you will have to wait another 15 to 25 minutes for them to bring out your food. I will no longer patronize this pathetic excuse for a restaurant again. They are rude, and unprofessional.

Kindness goes a long way. I went through the drive thru and Latashia took my order. VERY friendly and such a sweet person. Provided the best and most exceptional customer service. I have been coming to this Hardees for years and never received the service as good as hers. Thank you to LaTashia for being so sweet and being one of the rare people out there who care. After ordering biscuits and gravy, had to go back to the counter to get plasticware and was told that they were out. Had to eat with my fingers. The biscuit broke, and I got gravy on my shirt and pants.
