Attended the Whatcheer flea market with my mom and brother and wanted to get a bite to eat on the way home. We decided to take a gamble on Cilino’s as we normally prefer chain restaurants. The restaurant was very clean and even though it was only us dinning at the time, the atmosphere was very comfortable. We all ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, which was very delicious and different than any fettuccine I’ve ever had(in a good way). Our server, who I think was probably the owner, was very kind and attentive. It may be a little while before we find ourselves in small-town Wellman again but we’ll definitely be back. I recommend this place to anyone who likes creative simple Italian. They even have a kids menu btw!

I’m pretty sure the spaghetti sauce was straight from a can. The noodles gummy and hard…. not al dente which would be fine. I should have known when I walked in and there was literally no smell of herbs and garlic and tomato sauce simmering that it would be abysmal! Too bad since the staff is so nice.

I went with a friend who knew the owner but honestly I think if you walked in off the street that guy would treat you the same and like a friend. Such a friendly owner. He stood and chatted with us for a while. The food was absolutely incredible! I love that his chicken salad had black olives in it. I love black olives. Did I mention his draft beer is crazy affordable? I didnt well my friends you could get crunk here for mear pennies on the dollar. Highly recommend!

Stumbled onto this gem while passing through on Saturday. Wellman is so fortunate to have such a high quality restaurant! The owner was wonderful, the food was excellent and the place was spotless! You can tell the owner takes great pride in his quality products. 100 % recommend!

Went with my kids and grand kids for dinner and ice cream. Loved the pizzas. Their Alfredo Sauce is so unique and savory. Enjoyed the evening a lot.
