Unfriendly, inattentive employee ‘assisted’ me today in the drive thru. Took my money, handed me my food without napkins. Lady disappears, I wait for her to return, nothing. I honk my horn, nothing. Stuff turnover makes it hard to get consistent quality. The place has a potential but some ice cream is missing sometimes, sometimes they do not know how much is a scoop, ones they did not even know if they have a banana for a banana split.

Should have listened to my wife. She warned me that this location was awful but I came here because the other location was out of blueberry munchkins (turns out this location was out too). My ham and cheese roll ups looked like they were prepared by someone who had completely given up on life (see attached picture). Both of our caramel flavored drinks had no signs of caramel flavor whatsoever. The one thing this location was fully stock up on? Horrible attitude. The girl in the drive through didn’t give us what we ordered, then rolled her eyes when I pointed out that we were missing items, she claimed I didn’t order them, I offered to pay for them again and she sighed and said she’d just “give them to me” even though I had already paid for them. Do yourself a favor and go to the other New Braunfels location, they care and do a great job there.

A sad excuse for a Dunkin. Service is bad. We didn’t get what we ordered…TWICE in one trip and more than once! On one trip the cream filled donuts were a complete disappointment. (See photo) This is not a review of one trip. This is from several trips and I have yet to be satisfied.

This place was horrible this morning. I try to get a cappuccino just add a little bit of coffee in it. They say OK no problem then charge coffee and cappuccino. I say no I’m not getting two drinks I just want to add coffee to cappuccino. Fran the manager says I’ll charge you for cappuccino. Cool….uh no kid rings it up wrong again I question and fran changes charge. Then tells me he’s young doesnt know ?? Its so simple. She gives me my coffee and I say I purchased a donut. She says what kind and throws it at me in a bag. Not good customer service. She needs to be fired!!
