We got the chicken fingers and fries double jalapeno Swiss burger and all of it was excellent. There are not many options in town for fast food, there’s McDonald’s across the street but there’s McDonald’s almost everywhere and if you’re tired of that try some Carl’s Jr it’s worth it

This particular Carl’s junior is located in my Hometown and is in a loves travel center. The food’s pretty good the employees treat me with respect and the dining area is clean. Whether you live locally or just traveling it’s a good place to get a Burger.

Honestly, it’s one of the best Carl’s Jr I’ve been to in probably 15 years. The staff was super cool, the big guy that helped my super awesome guy. He said that they took pride in what they do, and it shows, so thank you for that.

Ordered two identical orders of chicken strips, large soft drinks, and large waffle fries. Simple order. Our drinks came out first and were very flat and low on syrup. When the drive through attendant brought us our food bag, I asked to switch out our drinks for something else. While that exchange occurred, my partner noticed that our food bag only had strips and sauces. No fries at all, so we brought that up. We got our fresh drinks and were provided with what I imagine were Small fries containers despite us having paid the up charge to get more fries. At this point I was just ready to leave and was willing to eat the cost (and not the extra fries sadly).

They always mess my order up or give it to someone else. Waited for over 30 minutes for them to say they gave my food to someone else. I went through the drive thru to place my order and was told to pull around and park. They did get half my order right and offered to give me a full refund. Told them no as that will be the last time I spend my money there.

Worst one of this franchise. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips and based on the photos they clearly need someone with common sense working there. The idiot working drive thru clearly gave me scraps on purpose after we had words because I asked for hot and fresh food. Will not visit this location again.
